Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at RCTech, where your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our Returns Policy.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at returns@RCTech.co.in or call us at +91 7977543373 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- RMA Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, diskettes, power cords, and software. We recommend insuring the shipment to cover any loss or damage during transit.
- Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided, and make sure to include the RMA number on the packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a RCTech error.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Return Eligibility

- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of shipment to initiate a return.
- Condition: The product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped, with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Damaged Items: Returns are not allowed for products damaged while in the customer’s possession or control unless it’s a result of a RCTech error.
Restocking Fees
RCTech reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a RCTech error.
Exchanges
RCTech may, at its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product instead of issuing a refund.
Important Note
Before returning the product, make sure to back up the data on the hard drive(s) and any other storage device(s). Remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information and removable media.
