Terms and Conditions

RCTech offers a range of computer systems and related products, including new, refurbished, and used items. Resale without prior written agreement with RCTech is strictly prohibited. b. Authorized resellers must adhere to the terms outlined in the Master Sale Agreement, Letter of Assurance, and Program Details & Acknowledgments.

Certain products, such as Servers, Storage Units, Networking Solutions, and Enterprise Parts, are intended for business (non-residential) or commercial use. Residential use is prohibited.

 Payment must be received by RCTech before order acceptance, with payment options including approved credit cards, checks, wire transfers, or other prearranged methods. b. Invoices are due within the specified period, and late charges of 2% per month or the highest legal rate may apply.

Separate charges for shipping and handling are applicable. b. Customers are responsible for sales taxes and other fees associated with the purchase.

1. Title to products transfers on shipment from RCTech’s facility. 
2. Loss or damage during shipping by RCTech’s carrier is RCTech’s responsibility.

Customer’s purchase and use of RCTech materials are for internal use only, not for resale, export, or transfer without prior written agreement. b. Customers are responsible for compliance with export control laws.

RCTech has no ownership of software; title remains with the licensor(s). b. Software usage must comply with associated licenses.

Limited warranties for hardware products are detailed on the product page.

Products can be returned within thirty (30) days, subject to specified conditions. Customers must obtain a Return Material Authorization by contacting RCTech.

Except for defective products or RCTech errors, a restocking fee of 15% may apply.

RCTech’s liability is limited to remedies provided in the agreement. b. RCTech is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, except as expressly provided.

Some laws may provide additional rights not affected by these terms.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and federal law.

This agreement may not be altered without a written agreement signed by both parties.

Section headings are for convenience and do not form part of the agreement.

If any provision is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it is severable, and the remainder of the agreement remains in force.

Refurbished computer supplies are limited to stock on hand. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

COD fees will not be refunded in specific cases outlined in the terms.
